If I went through and plucked out all the ~2300 dead people and the 172K "adolescents" and gave you a complete data set could you create this group of "reports" in your environment? My idea would be to then create a mini custom dashboard with hyperlinks to your reports...
I too run into limitations within Tableau using the free Tableau public environment

Yes, that's fine, but after 1st Feb 2025.
I will be periodically updating the code as well as the data for the next 10 days or so, as I write my article(s).
In the middle of it there will be some periods when I delete the entire data folder (because, believe it or not, the total repo size is too large for free GitHub accounts so I need to manually overwrite files ha ha)
Yikes!! I appreciate what you do without any $$ help and out of a labor of love. It's frustrating that most all the VIP freedom fighters out there with a $$ ability to help, don't even have the wisdom to know the difference. CHD, ICAN, Kirsch, etc and especially CDC/FDA should have done this for we the people 15 years ago! With just a tiny bit of $$ help, we could build a real dashboard and VAERS style pharmacovigilance system. Heck I got 6 people on my own block here in Silicon Valley that are grizzled SQL, Python, R, Ruby on Rails, and Tableau experts way way better than than me that could produce something awesome! They are still not medical billing experts, so I still have my lane. Frustrating...
Well so if I produce what I say, you will do it? Once you have what you need from me, how long will it take for you to do your thing and get the prepared links back to me?? I will do it, if you commit to doing your part. We could co-author a stack and do our own thing after that... We should eventually run private communications... You know where I'm at so reach out. But at least state your pledge here, thanks!
Yes, for the 797K registrants + all registrants who died (up to 100K new records in case they don't overlap with the original set) I can support it.
One thing you should note is that the whole thing runs within a shared hosting environment, so while I have done what I can to optimize resources, if there is a serious spike in traffic, it MIGHT crash my website. I don't mind that, but just keep that in your mind. This isn't something built for "High Availability" - it is built purely to support research and analysis.
Appreciate it and understood. I don't think I get a lot of traffic, at most I get about 800 visits a day to all various pages, very few go to the vsafe dashboard mainly because the refresh rates are painfully slow. My intent or wish would be to simply have this mini-dashboard (with hyperlink to your "report ") to demonstrate what's possible and drum up interest and maybe even financial support to create a proper dashboard for the whole enchilada. Meanwhile highlighting the most shocking or severe reports deaths and the 172K kids. I spoke to Dr. Hooker and CHD knows there people see over 200K kids in vsafe? Entirely possible, however I don't know why ICAN or even CHD aren't shouting from the roof tops? That's an extraordinary amount of kids compared to kid reports in vaers. It would take me a while to get a complete data set, but it wouldn't take very long to pluck out say 200K registrant ID#s which would be all kids, deaths, and ~25k of other shocking reports based on narrative and/or medDRA code. Could you work you magic if I just compiled the ID#'s for you since you have all the data? Feb is good, even if this project finalized by March, or at all really. Anything is an advancement. I could work on the dashboard once we have the agreed upon id#s locked down and even finish the dashboard even before the links are done and just plug the links in at the end.
Regardless I was thinking of building a little mini dashboard anyways primarily because the Tableau resources are overloaded and refresh rates are so slow and sometimes errors to times out. I realize just with the list you produced already I could make a little mini-mini dashboard and show the 1200 deaths you have in there already. I'd be happy with that, but it's those kids that I really want people to have visibility on.
So just to reiterate, could I give you just the ID#'s or do you need the corresponding complete set?

Yeah that's fine too...
I will also try and see where the other ~20K "required medical care" went missing
These reports are great! Very comprehensive and I'm already zeroing in the the death reports by matching the Reg ID# to mine like this guy (Arthur Roy Janes) 2CM-54569-13355
I use these examples of deaths above because they also have a MedDRA = Death
There will be many as of now that say "death" in the narrative but do not have a MedDRA. I don't think ICAN has supplied the full set of MedDRA for all 10M registrants? Substack article coming highlighting your excellent work.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to put the Registrant ID# somewhere on the report.
This is really good. I'm getting 798K health impacts = required medical care. I guess you are just pulling a arbitrary number of 780K.
https://postimg.cc/0K7wwXyj
There are at least ~1122 DEAD of the 798K that required medical care, which is about half the total dead people so far identified.

Yes, just send me the list of IDs you want to add. I can fetch all the other data on my end with the scripts I have already built.
Spectacular! I will get to work, then put it in a blog section of vaersaware for you to download! Very cool and thank you.
OK I just realized that I was reading 797K (in fact that's what the screenshot says!) as 779K... so I do have the full dataset
